The enquiry and careers forms collect the information you enter, including your name, phone number, project details or work experience, and your consent to being contacted.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your request, discuss your project or application, and keep a record of its status. Do not submit identity documents, banking information or other sensitive documents through these forms.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted on Vercel. Requests are stored in a Supabase database and are accessible to authorised site administrators. Hosting and database providers may process technical information needed to operate the service.

Storage on your device

The administrator login stores a session in browser storage. The public enquiry form does not require an account.

Corrections and deletion

You can request correction or deletion of a submitted request through the enquiry form. Include your request reference and state what you want changed. Identity may need to be verified before a record is changed or deleted.

Retention

Requests should be retained only as long as needed for responding and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Administrators must review old requests and remove information that is no longer needed.

The verified business privacy contact and formal retention period are awaiting confirmation before commercial launch.
