Common questions
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. An engineer visits, measures the plot, checks soil and road level, and gives you a written first estimate. There is no charge and no obligation.
How long does a house take?
A 1,500–2,500 sq.ft G+1 house usually takes 7 to 9 months after plan approval. Your agreement has a week-by-week schedule.
Do you handle plan approval?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and file for approval with the local corporation, municipality, panchayat or DTCP, plus EB and water connections.
How do payments work?
15% on signing, then stage-wise payments tied to finished work: plinth, each roof slab, brickwork, finishing and 10% at handover. You never pay ahead of what is built.
Can I use my own architect's plan?
Of course. We'll check the structural design, suggest improvements if needed and quote on your drawings.
Do you work outside Trichy?
Yes. Our head office is in Trichy and we build across Tamil Nadu: Thanjavur, Kumbakonam, Pudukkottai, Karur, Perambalur, Ariyalur, Namakkal, Dindigul and Madurai, plus larger commercial and industrial projects further away. Distance does not change our process: you get the same site engineer, weekly updates and fixed price.
Can you help with a home loan?
We provide approved plans, estimates and stage certificates that banks need, and can introduce you to partner banks.
