The Suganniya site teamIt started with one house in Woraiyur
In 2006, our founder, a young civil engineer, built a first house for a neighbour in Woraiyur. That family still lives there, and still calls our office when they need advice.
Word spread. Today Suganniya Construction has 40 engineers and supervisors, more than 300 skilled workers and its own equipment, and has delivered over 180 buildings across Trichy, Thanjavur, Pudukkottai, Karur and neighbouring districts, from family homes to hospitals and factories.
We have grown, but we work the same way: one engineer who knows your project, a price we put in writing, and a building we'd be happy to live in ourselves.
2006 → today
